By trial and error, a perfect cut pattern has been developed to enable a gentle bend in the PET acoustic panel. This process has proven to be effective where a workstation screen needs to be wrapped around its users’ workspace delivering a higher degree of privacy, as well as, aiding with sound travel restriction.
We have developed a range of cut-out patterns that are sheet-optimized to reduce wastage, whereas the panel itself is manufactured from up to 80% post-consumer PET (that’s discarded plastic bottles to you and me).
